Komplex respects your privacy. We collect only the information needed to operate and protect the service, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
When you create or use a Komplex account, we may store information you provide directly to us, including:
- Your username and account information
- Information connected to wallpapers, comments, and other content you submit
- Artist information you choose to provide
- Technical and security logs needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service
NSFW Content
Some content on Komplex may be marked NSFW.
To enable access to NSFW content, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This is a self-certification. Komplex does not request or store your birthdate as part of this process.
Payments
Artists and purchasers may connect or use third-party payment services such as PayPal.
Your payment provider handles financial and payment information directly. Komplex does not retrieve or store your payment card information, bank account information, PayPal account details, or other personal payment information.
Komplex only receives information needed to determine the state of an order or transaction, such as whether an order is pending, completed, canceled, refunded, or otherwise updated.
Third-party payment providers handle their own data under their respective privacy policies.
How We Use Information

Public Content
Anything you intentionally make public through Komplex may be visible to other users. This can include usernames, artist profiles, wallpapers, descriptions, comments, and other publicly submitted content.
You should avoid including personal information in public content that you do not want others to see.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Komplex, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Some records may remain after content or an account is removed when retention is necessary for security, transaction records, backups, or legal requirements.
Packs submitted for purchases may not be removed to satisfy users ability to access paid content, but will be removed from listings and future sales in the event of account deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Komplex. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
Komplex may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies, and Komplex is not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Komplex changes. Any updated version will be posted on the site with a revised “Last Updated” date.
